Gershon Bachus Vintners is a private and highly exclusive estate in the picturesque Temecula Valley. Our mountaintop ceremony site offers 360º views of rolling vineyard-covered hills, equestrian estates, and the natural beauty of wine country. We currently have dates available for booking in 2026 and 2027
*Please note our minimum guest count requirements:

• Peak season (April to October): 100 guests
• November through March: 75 guests
• Midweek weddings: 75 guests

*For less than 75 guests, a site fee applies of $50 per person less than the minimum. 
A wedding under the minimum guest count also incurs a site fee of $50 per person less than the minimum.

Selecting a venue is one of the most crucial decisions in your wedding planning process.

Before scheduling a property tour with one of our wedding planning professionals, please consider the following amenities and additional details. You will also find links to videos of weddings held at GBV below. Gershon Bachus hosts a maximum of 25 weddings per year, ensuring that your wedding day receives our undivided attention. Our main winery tasting room will be closed to the public on your wedding day, providing an exclusive experience.

Our current menus and package levels with prices based on the time of year and the number of guests, starting at $145 per guest. Each package includes gourmet appetizers and entrees prepared by our chefs, along with a selection of Gershon Bachus Vintners’ premium wines.  We allow couples to supply bottled beer and desserts, including the wedding cake, but no other outside food is allowed on-site. If you are wanting hard alcohol, we have an approved licensed vendor for that too.

Gershon Bachus provides a list of approved vendors with whom we have a trusted relationship. These vendors maintain the highest standards of excellence and possess a working knowledge of our location, including DJs and entertainment. Some exceptions may apply, and we would be happy to provide more information on our approved vendor policy during your tour.

Our wedding packages include the use of our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception sites, as well as access to a bridal suite on the morning of the event for wedding party preparations (surcharges may apply, based on the number of guests).

Temecula wine country offers a range of convenient hotels, restaurants, and activities for your out-of-town guests. If needed, we can help you arrange lodging and transportation for hotel guests to the winery on the day of the wedding via shuttles.

Throughout the planning process, you will have the support of a full-time wedding coordinator. We also offer flexible payment plans, with a $2,500.00 deposit to secure your space. Typically, couples make four payments in total, with the final payment due 10 days before the wedding once the headcount is confirmed. The tax is collected with the final payment.

We do have a contingency plan (Plan B) in case inclement weather prevents us from performing your ceremony by our pond and waterfall.  We include heaters and have a built in PLAN B if the weather is cold.
