We are Dustin and Courtney, best friends and photographers.  Before we shot weddings together we were a bride and groom.  Yep, dated and married in less than a year!  We just knew we wanted to do life together.

As time has gone by we learned much more important things about each other.  For example, Dustin’s heart can easily be won over with a hot cup of coffee, surfing, chasing our kids and any action movie.  Courtney’s perfect day includes drinking a chai latte, going for a hike with the family and shopping.

After shooting for 5 years in the Chicago area, we moved out to SoCal in 2010 to start our married life on an adventure. 8 years and 3 kids later, we now call SoCal our home.   When we’re not shooting weddings we’re home loving on our three little ones.

An historic, award-winning, chef and restaurateur driven, full service special event venue like no other in Los Angeles.

Built in 1876, the Cathedral of St. Vibiana was designed by Ezra F. Kysor – one of Los Angeles’ first practicing architects. Saved from demolition by the LA Conservancy through a dramatic battle with the Catholic Church after the 1994 Northridge earthquake left the building in dire condition, the cathedral was restored and retrofitted by DTLA revitalization pioneers Gilmore and Associates and converted into the stunning event venue it is today, known simply as Vibiana. Los Angeles restaurateurs Chef Neal Fraser and Amy Knoll Fraser took over the operation of the property in late 2012 and furthered the adaptive reuse by adding their flagship restaurant Redbird along with 5 private dining spaces in the rectory building adjacent to Vibiana’s grand Main Hall and Courtyard. Vibiana hosts weddings and social occasions, corporate events, non-profit fundraisers, performing arts shows and film shoots.

Longtime Los Angeles Restaurateurs Chef Neal Fraser and Amy Knoll Fraser toured and fell in love with the Vibiana property in 2008, spent the next 4 years scheming to take over and finally acquired operation of the compound in late 2012. The Frasers bring their guest-first, holistic restaurant hospitality philosophy, honed over three decades in the industry, to special events. Along with the Vibiana culinary, beverage and event management teams the Frasers provide restaurant level service from beginning to end with every detail considered.

The Vibiana campus is a vast property and a true oasis in the Historic Core of Downtown Los Angeles. The beauty of the architecture of the Main Hall and its lush courtyard provides an incredibly versatile backdrop for designing a stunning event. In addition to Redbird’s main dining room just next door, the restaurant offers 5 private dining spaces on the floors above plus a secret garden tucked between the Main Hall and the Little Tokyo Library. An entire wedding weekend can be celebrated on property or a weeklong corporate event with unique break-out rooms. Our Traditional Wedding package is designed for those looking to uphold classic traditions as well as those looking to create their own unique memories. This package includes use of the venue for rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. Also included in your rental are tables, chairs, plenty of free public parking in a nearby lot, setup/breakdown, and other complimentary features! Our package is a flat rate, regardless of date or season. There are no discounts for partial use. Best of all, there’s no tax on your rental, since the money goes towards supporting the programs of our nonprofit organization, the Western Justice Center. By booking The Maxwell House, you are assisting valuable programs that empower people to strengthen their communities by growing the conflict resolution skills and capacity of youth, educators, schools, and community partners.

Choice of Saturday or Sunday rental (no weekday weddings) with prep time the Friday before your event.

Weddings may use the rental time for ceremonies, receptions, or both. No changes in pricing can be made. Our flat rate applies for any weekend rental regardless of usage, season, or date. Some holiday weekends may have increased rates.

Private use of The Maxwell House from 11am-11pm (12hrs) on the day of the wedding/event. This time includes setup and breakdown. All events must end by 10pm and be cleared by 11pm. This time can not be altered.

Private use includes the living room, dining room, library, foyer, mezzanine, kitchen, garden patios, and wedding suite.

Prep/rehearsal time in the space from 1pm-5pm (4hrs) the Friday before the event. You may use this time to decorate, schedule deliveries, rehearse, etc.

Setup & breakdown of furniture owned by The Maxwell House, according to your floor plan needs.

Rental pickups may take place Monday morning following your event (a budget-friendly option!)

Access to nearby parking lot + free public street parking available.

Hi, I’m Courtney! I’m a wedding and portrait photographer since 2010, serving the Inland Empire, with a focus as a Temecula wedding photographer. I would love to capture your family memories or tell the story of your day!

The experience of connecting with people is what makes photography a challenge and a joy. Having grown up with 4 brothers, I find I’m adept at handling an exceptionally large wedding party, or a rowdy child. I also understand the anxiety that can come when you get in front of the camera! Besides having a thorough understanding of light, backdrops and photography techniques, ultimately what helps to get great photos is my interaction with you throughout the session, making sure you feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera!

My photography business started when my husband and I went on our honeymoon and a guest broke our point-and-shoot camera. I suggested to my husband we buy one of those fancy DSLR cameras and soon I had friends asking me if I could take some family photos. Along the way, I had a friend of a friend that needed a wedding photographer and so I branched into wedding photography. My business has been around since 2010 and I now live in the Inland Empire and photograph local families, seniors and weddings in Temecula, Murrieta, Riverside, and beyond. While photography is my first love, ultimately I’m a wedding photographer because I love people. I love seeing a bride and groom laugh and cry on their wedding day, I love taking photos of young kids at the height of their exuberance, I love seeing the confidence of a high school senior as they come into their own in front of the camera. It’s my joy to capture these small slices of time and provide memories to my clients.

You can search by region or county as well as several other filters which are specific to that vendor category. In a nut shell, I am a dog- and horse-crazy girl. When I’m not filming or editing, I’m usually hiking with my dog Harley, or out for a ride on my horse Kiwi. It would absolutely make my day for a couple to have their pets in their wedding party (yes, that was a hint). I love living on the Central Coast. From ocean views to rolling hills, and everything in between, we are so lucky to have breathtaking venues around every turn.

I would say my videos are very candid and organic, and never look forced or posed. I find joy in capturing the special moments of my couples on their wedding day and my creative eye allows me to transform those moments into a story of their love. My hope is for my couples to be reminded of the emotions they experienced on their wedding day each and every time they watch their video.  When my video evokes tears of happiness, I know I have done my job.

After moving back to Manhattan Beach from Napa Valley in 2005, I was on the hunt for the perfect location for my dream restaurant. The idea for Tin Roof Bistro came from my experiences living and working in St. Helena, Napa Valley. I loved the chef-inspired dishes prepared with local products and the exceptional wines made by friendly, passionate farmers. I knew I wasn’t the only person with this appreciation and felt that with my family’s history in the restaurant industry here, Los Angeles would be a great platform to open my first spot. After 18 months of location hunting, It wasn’t until I left my dentist’s office, replaced by our current neighbor Susie Cakes, I noticed a billboard advertising restaurant space. Having been office space for nearly 30 years, I had a lot of fun dreaming up a plan to convert it to a restaurant. Three years later, my vision finally became reality and we opened our doors on July 27th, 2009.

City String Ensemble is a versatile string ensemble based in London. Originally formed at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, CSE has gone on to grow from a highly sought-after string quartet to a full-scale string orchestra. They can be seen regularly performing multiple programmes of “candlelight concerts” across London, as well as recording and releasing their very own classical twists of popular songs.

They released their debut EP, “Twenty Twenty,” in 2020 before following up with their second EP, “Throwback…to the Millennium” in 2021.  Their most recent release in 2022, “Best of Anime,”  is a collection of some of the most famous anime opening songs and was inspired by their sold-out run of anime concerts last year. City String Ensemble’s music can also regularly be heard on Scala Radio.

City String Ensemble is passionate about breaking down the wall between classical musicians and “popular” genres of music and write arrangements that are completely true to the original songs. A unique feature of CSE’s music is their ability to acoustically create their own beat in their performances with the violin “chopping” technique. This beat helps to replicate the original songs energy and propels their arrangements to a new level, channelling each songs groove while maintaining the ensemble’s classical roots.
