Klentner Ranch is a blank space location – this requires a full ‘build’ of everything needed for your event. We require the use of your own event or wedding planner to fully customize your event and maximize your use of the site. After moving back to Manhattan Beach from Napa Valley in 2005, I was on the hunt for the perfect location for my dream restaurant. The idea for Tin Roof Bistro came from my experiences living and working in St. Helena, Napa Valley. I loved the chef-inspired dishes prepared with local products and the exceptional wines made by friendly, passionate farmers. I knew I wasn’t the only person with this appreciation and felt that with my family’s history in the restaurant industry here, Los Angeles would be a great platform to open my first spot. After 18 months of location hunting, It wasn’t until I left my dentist’s office, replaced by our current neighbor Susie Cakes, I noticed a billboard advertising restaurant space. Having been office space for nearly 30 years, I had a lot of fun dreaming up a plan to convert it to a restaurant.
